Visa Information

ASEAN Citizens of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos holding valid ordinary passports are exempt from visa requirements and are allowed to stay for not more than 30 days; Philippines is allowed to stay for not more than 21 days; Brunei and Myanmar citizens are allowed to stay for not more than 14 days and vice versa.


UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italia, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia and Finland passport holders: Visa-free entry is granted for any citizens who enters Vietnam with temporary residence duration not exceeding 15 days from the date of entry, regardless of passport types or entry purposes.

Application Guidelines for Vietnamese Visa:

If you need a visa to attend the conference, please fill the following Visa request form and send it to us, with the name “VisaRequest_Asiacrypt_your name”, at the adresse “”. You can choose one of the two options in the question 15 in this form: get a visa at Vietnamese Embassy in your country or get a visa at the airport in Vietnam (on-arrival visa).

After getting your data, we will obtain a Vietnam Visa Approval Letter for you in around 10-15 days. It is a document issued by Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Ministry of Public Security). It functions as an official permission allowing you to obtain very quickly the visa.

Application Guidelines for Vietnamese Visa:

* Step 1: Fill the required information in the following Visa request form.

* Step 2: Send the Visa Request form with the name “VisaRequest_Asiacrypt_your name”  to our email “”. (to avoid any typos in filling the form, it would help if you can scan and send us the most important pages of your passport)

* Step 3: Receive in around 10-15 days a colored scanned copy of the Vietnam Visa Approval Letter via email.

* Step 4: Show your visa approval letter at Vietnamese Embassy (if you choose the option to get a visa at Vietnamese Embassy in your country) or to Immigration Officer at Vietnam International airport (in case you choose the option  to get a on-arrival visa) and get Visa stamp.
