If you need a visa to attend the conference, please fill the following Visa request form and send it to us, with the name “VisaRequest_Asiacrypt_your name”, at the adresse “asiacrypt2016@viasm.edu.vn”. You can choose one of the two options in the question 15 in this form: get a visa at Vietnamese Embassy in your country or get a visa at the airport in Vietnam (on-arrival visa).

After getting your data, we will obtain a Vietnam Visa Approval Letter for you in around 10-15 days. It is a document issued by Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Ministry of Public Security). It functions as an official permission allowing you to obtain very quickly the visa.

Application Guidelines for Vietnamese Visa:

* Step 1: Fill the required information in the following Visa request form.

* Step 2: Send the Visa Request form with the name “VisaRequest_Asiacrypt_your name”  to our email “asiacrypt2016@viasm.edu.vn”. (to avoid any typos in filling the form, it would help if you can scan and send us the most important pages of your passport)

* Step 3: Receive in around 10-15 days a colored scanned copy of the Vietnam Visa Approval Letter via email.

* Step 4: Show your visa approval letter at Vietnamese Embassy (if you choose the option to get a visa at Vietnamese Embassy in your country) or to Immigration Officer at Vietnam International airport (in case you choose the option  to get a on-arrival visa) and get Visa stamp.
