Cryptography Preprint Servers

Preprint servers have become common tool for rapid dissemination of results in the recent years.

IACR will open the Cryptology e-Print Server soon. It will be accessible from http://eprint.iacr.org, provide almost automatic operation, and will also take over the Theory of Cryptology Library started in 1996.
