Ueli Maurer appointed Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cryptology

At the last IACR board of directors meeting, Ueli Maurer has been appointed the new editor in chief of the Journal of Cryptology. For a one-year transition period during the calendar year 2002, he shares the position with the past editor-in-chief, Joan Feigenbaum.
