The conference is open to all interested parties. The regular and full-time student registration fees include participation in the technical program, a copy of the proceedings, social programs (welcome reception, banquet, rump session, coffee break, and all lunches), and IACR membership (can be declined by indicating refusal on the registration). You can also purchase guided tour tickets by indicating on the registration.

The accompanying person fee includes welcome reception, banquet, rump session, coffee break, and all lunches.

For your information; We will apply a fixed currency exchange rate of 1 US dollar = 1,200 Korean Won.

There are two ways to register. We strongly encourage anyone paying with credit card to use on-line registration.

To qualify for a student registration fee, provide verification of your student status with a letter from your advisor or Department Chair and a photocopy of your Student ID card.

Way of Payment

Credit card is the preferred payment method.  We also accept checks in US Dollars, DRAWN ON A US BANK,  payable to "UC REGENTS".

Confirmation and Receipts

Confirmation of conference registration will be emailed to you (if no email given, confirmation will be by fax or regular mail).

Receipts for registration fees will be issued to all participants upon arrival at Asiacrypt 2004.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations in writing to the fax +1 805 893-7287 or email received before November 12, 2004 (GMT) will be considered for a full refund less US$95 to cover a copy of the proceedings and handling costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after November 12, 2004 (GMT), but a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to those registered but unable to attend.


A limited number of stipends are available to students. Preference will be given to those who are presenting papers at the conference. To apply for a stipend, have your Advisor or Department Chair email a brief justification to the General Chair by October 20.
